Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Method

Payment is accepted via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) only. Bank details and a unique invoice reference are issued at checkout.

Verification

Once you upload your payment confirmation, it is verified within 1–2 hours during business hours. You'll receive an email and a project status update when work begins.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided once work has begun. If you cancel before work has started, your payment is fully refundable, less any unrecoverable transaction costs.

Deposits

For larger projects, a 50% deposit secures your project slot. The balance is due on delivery before final files are handed over.
