Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all services provided by KM SCALES (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Engagement

Work begins once payment has been received, verified and confirmed in writing via email or WhatsApp.

2. Scope of Work

Each service includes the deliverables described on this website. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately and only commenced once approved.

3. Turnaround

Most projects are delivered within 24–72 hours of payment verification during business hours. Larger projects follow a project schedule shared at kickoff.

4. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included on design services. Excessive changes outside the agreed scope may be billed at our standard rates.

5. Ownership

Final deliverables transfer to the client once the project is fully paid. KM SCALES retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Liability

KM SCALES is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
